We have just received a big delivery of cult label Shakuhachi’s summer range- including the studded denim story, and much more! And as always, the highly anticipated Aussie favourite never fails to disappoint. This summer Shakuhachi brings together an eclectic collection drawing on influences that span across decades- from 70’s nostalgia, to raw 80’s high glamour, the range blends metallics with soft and feminine prints, clean lines and sophisticated cuts.

This season reflects a more refined tailoring and attention to detail resulting in a polished and feminine aesthetic- Shakuhachi’s original and unique prints are paired beautifully with fresh and modern silhouettes: the signature ‘Shakuhachi’ sense of playful irony and kitsch.

Stolen Girlfriends Club High Summer

Just arrived online and in our Newmarket store is the eagerly awaited high summer collection from our friends at Stolen Girlfriends Club. Featuring some of their best selling and most loved styles from past season vamped up with some fresh and summery pastel shades.

The spotted mesh story is a particular favourite of the Superette girls- a little bit innocent boudoir girl combined with the typical Stolen Girlfriends’ 80’s twist. For the boys- its the sellout Young Price vest, this time round in a distressed, and over dyed grey wash that is the standout piece.

New Peeptoe heels!

Superette has just received their first drop of the very hot heels and flats from Aussie label Peep Toe.

No doubt a recognizable name, Peep Toe shoes are regularly featured in publications such as Instyle, Russh, Famous, Cleo, Shop til You Drop, and Vogue. The brand was launched by Sydney-based designer Nikki Hager in October 2006. With her knack for customer and a love for all things retail started. This inspired Nikki to open her first retail store ‘Boutikki’ on the Gold Coast which after a short time gained a cult-like following for high street fashion. True to form, Nikki started to get itchy feet which is when she decided to create her own shoe collection and Peep Toe Shoes was born!

Nikki says “From the very beginning, stilettos have always been my absolute passion. I love the way a pair of stilettos can change a woman’s behaviour and elongate her physique. My shoes are made for fashion savvy, sophisticated women who are not afraid to express their individuality.”

The shoes were used extensively throughout Rosemount Australian Fashion Week by several high profile designers including Ksubi, Alex Perry and Rachel Gilbert. Peep Toe Shoes are handmade with the customer’s comfort being our number one priority. Leathers are hand picked and custom dyed to get the best and most vibrant colours available.
